Membership Management

Contracting routine membership activities to Radnor will allow members to concentrate on increasing the effectiveness of the association.

When time is an issue, Radnor is ready to help. Volunteer organizations want to focus their members' valuable time on leadership, mentoring and promoting legislative, educational and outreach activities. Radnor handles the routine chores and the members are free to do what only they can do: they lead and direct the group.

Radnor will:

  • Provide a central office in Washington, D.C., so that all communications will come to one address. We respond to routine inquires and can route important requests to the appropriate person.

  • Maintain accurate membership records. Our data management system can be designed to track the information that your association needs and can be queried to report answers to specific questions that may emerge periodically.

  • Send out dues notices and collect and deposit membership fees to your association account. We track which members have paid and initiate follow-up invoices as requested by the leadership.

  • Design the membership directory and request bids from printers to ensure that your publications are printed in a cost-effective manner.

  • Manage new member inquires in a manner established by your association. Once a new member has been accepted, we will follow through with a packet of information for orientation.

  • Maintain an archive for the association including history, policies, documents and photos.

Radnor is a Charter Accredited Association Management Company of the American Society of Association Executives. All Radnor management executives have achieved the Certified Association Executive designation from ASAE.
